Longhorn Ridge Oregon

Longhorn Ridge is an 1800 acre gated development located in Prineville, Oregon. Investors purchased the development during the real estate recession. A few homeowners live in the development which had been neglected for several years. The investors added 7 miles of paved road, a brick mailbox station, and rebuilt the security gate.

• The investors hired Five12 Digital to build a website to showcase Longhorn Ridge in support of the Realtor hired to sell the lots.
• Five12 Digital wrote all of the page and blog content for the website optimized for search.
• Custom programming enabled interactive maps of the development and recreational activities.
• A photographer and a drone videographer were hired to take photos and drone videos of the Longhorn Ridge and the Prineville area.
• In addition to branding the website and adding custom functionality, Five12 showcased the city of Prineville and the related recreation available in the area.
• A Facebook Page, Vimeo, YouTube and Instagram accounts were set up.
• An email marketing campaign was created targeting Central Oregon brokers and builders.
• A Google AdWords campaign was created. The campaign resulted in increased views of the site and leads for the Realtor.
• The old homeowners’ association website was replaced with the social media site NextDoor.
